Currently, professional software implementation teams remain on site for a time after go-live to assist settling down. This service is aimed at minimising that period between the implementation go-live and when the new processes and tools are no longer a challenge. This experience combined with his extensive knowledge of mining and utility industries provides clients and staff with a strong backup support to the Team. He has been involved with many management business processes from the Feasibility System Design to the GoLive Phase consultancies. John’s extensive knowledge base provides the team by skills in: Applications Software Management Maintenance Job Packaging Human Resources & Payroll Systems Administration Supply Craig Fitzgerald craigfitzgerald@mrde.com.au Craig is a Senior Business Analyst who has been working with ERP systems for 18 years. A trained engineer, he has specialised in the management of work for over 25 years, concentrating in recent years on the art of making ERP systems work in the business environment. His extensive experience with these systems includes detailed exposure to the Defence, Utilities, Mining and Transport industries in a number of different countries and cultures. Craig enhances the team by skills in: Analysis of business process, The effective management of work and maintenance, Logistics, Costing of work, Development and documentation of training strategies, Delivery of training, The effective use and implementation of integrated ERP systems, and The integrated ERP bedding down process. Graham Sykes A.I.I.E. grahamsykes@mrde.com.au Graham Senior systems consultant with the ability to evaluate an organization’s business processes, identify gaps and recommend improved methods, practices and techniques. Ability to identify Vision and construct departmental plans via policy and procedural documents and disciplines. Strong focus on managing organizational resources, maximizing equipment availability and reliability whilst maintaining a major cost/budget focus via statistical management. Solid knowledge of “Best of Breed” enterprise computer solutions. Strong leadership skills focused on mentoring and team development. Expert knowledge in implementing Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) philosophies. Leading edge experience in managing “Materials Supply Chain Systems” to meet maintenance customer expectations. Ability to identify required cost structures (COA) and expense elements (cost categories) to allow equipment based budgeting/costing and overheads for workshop management.
