Mission
Statement
Our
mission is to provide a realistically priced service, based on
listening to, discussing and understanding a client’s real
needs. The service is concentrated on relieving the client of some
of those non-core business activities that distract from that all
important focus on core-business.
Our
Business
MR
DE founding director, John De Martini,
recognised a deficiency in the ERP software implementation
process.
Currently,
professional software implementation teams remain on site for a
time after go-live to assist settling down. However most
organisations still suffer for six months or more as they struggle
with new processes and tools, and the need to concentrate yet
again on the business of doing business.
MR
DE provides a low profile and economical bedding down service. This
service is aimed at minimising that period between the
implementation go-live and when the new processes and tools are
no longer a challenge.
The
Better Thinking motto originates from over 20 years experience
with companies searching for better ways of doing business more
efficiently and cost effectively.

is the company Director and a Senior Business Analyst who has been
working with ERP systems for 20 years. This experience combined
with his extensive knowledge of mining and utility industries
provides clients and staff with a strong backup support to the
Team.
He
has been involved with many management business processes from the
Feasibility System Design to the GoLive Phase consultancies.
John’s

Fitzgerald

Craig is a
Senior Business Analyst who has been working with ERP systems for
18 years. A trained engineer, he has specialised in the management
of work for over 25 years, concentrating in recent years on the
art of making ERP systems work in the business environment. His
extensive experience with these systems includes detailed exposure
to the Defence, Utilities, Mining and Transport industries in a
number of different countries and cultures.
Craig enhances
